PINACALEXIM ships to almost all parts of India. All orders on or before noon on any day are processed on the very same day. All orders received after noon time will be shipped next day excluding Sunday & National Holidays. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays. We ship six (6) days a week. In case of unavoidable situations due to natural calamities, weather condition & national emergencies shipment processing time will be delayed. The duration of dispatching an order depends on the type of order you have placed.

TYPES OF ORDER ARE:

In-stock Items (Items that we stock in our warehouse in RAJKOT,GUJRAT) – These items are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.

Drop-ship Items -These items are shipped directly by PinacalExim (thorough Shipping Company) to you. It takes 2-5 business days to dispatch drop-ship orders.

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you have placed a mixed order of Instock, Drop-ship items, we sub-divide your order and dispatch it in parts, shipping the earliest available items first. We deliver your order within 6-8 working days post-dispatch in Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 7-8 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 7-8 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.

We may not be able to ship the products to certain parts of India. If your area is in the nonserviceable location, customer service will get in touch with you and make every possible effort to deliver your order. In the unfortunate event where we are unable to ship the order, the amount paid for the order will be refunded in full with in next 3 working days

FREE SHIPPING

We consistently try to provide most of our products for Free Delivery, and maintain 70% of the Products on Free Delivery.

Please Note: Orders received by Special Promos /offers may take 3-5 days additional processing time.

TRACKING PACKAGES:

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam folder in case our email might have landed there. Tracking codes may not be active online for up to 24 – 48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates it on their website.

NON AVAILABILITY OF CLIENT ON DELIVERY:

Our delivery partners will attempt twice to deliver at your provided address before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure that you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

ID PROOF ON DELIVERY:

For some delivery locations & for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for finalizing the delivery of the goods.
